We are looking for a customer-oriented, reliable individual to add value to our amazing support team. Note: we are currently following work from home recommendations in response to COVID-19, however the classification for this position is onsite in Spokane, WA. Please only submit for this position if you currently reside or plan to relocate to the Spokane area.
SUMMARY: Customer Support Specialist assists users of our applications with training best practice behaviors, identifying expected outcomes and troubleshooting usage issues. They routinely support both inbound and outbound calls and e-mails while providing superior customer service.
As a Customer Support Specialist, a typical day might include:
- Handling incoming customer support by phone, and email using ticket tracking systems
- Providing answers to clients by identifying problems; researching answers; guiding users through required steps
- Guiding customers to understand software while troubleshooting usage issues
- Conduct proactive, outbound calling to introduce and assist setup of key features within the application
- Managing ticketing & respond to client questions
- Coordinating client communication
- Developing specialized expertise on all products, services, and internal tools/systems
- Communicating with the team, supervisors and internal stakeholders
- Ongoing Training & Individual Development Plans
- Other duties as assigned to meet business needs

- 1-3 years of customer service, call center and/or technical support experience
- Patient & courteous with a “how can I help” attitude
- Flexible and agile approach to change
- Remote work space facilitating exceptional service delivery
- Ability to stay motivated and engaged while working remotely
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Problem-Solving skills
Bonus points for:
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications
